The LaLOO Warranty

LaLOO warrants its accessories and mirrors to be free from manufacturing defects in material and workmanship for a period of two years from the date of purchase.

This warranty does not cover accessories and mirrors which have been improperly installed or subject to improper use or used in a location other than a residential bathroom or accessories and mirrors which have been damaged due to mineral deposits or the use of corrosive or abrasive cleaning agents.

This warranty does not cover shipping costs, labor costs, or any other costs associated with the installation or replacement of the product or part. This warranty is extended only to the original consumer purchaser of the accessory or mirror.

LaLOO is not responsible or liable for indirect, special or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use or performance of its accessories and mirrors and its liability under this warranty is limited to the replacement of the defective material at the location of the purchase.

The original dated sales receipt must be retained by the consumer and is the only acceptable proof of purchase. This warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may also have other rights which may vary from province to province.
